You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours in advance. If you cancel later, you will not be able to get a refund for your appointment or voucher.

Yes, that is possible. If you are unable to attend your appointment, you can transfer the booking to someone else.

Yes, you pay for your appointment in advance. In our online shop we offer you a variety of payment options with which you can book an appointment at any time and from anywhere.

The float room is equipped with two showers, a small bathroom, including a toilet and a changing area. So you can enjoy your very own private time out with us.

We recommend floating without swimwear, as floating is based on reducing sensory impressions. You can enjoy privacy in your own space. Of course, the decision is entirely yours.

The brine is 28 cm deep. The high density of the salt brine means you float weightlessly on the water surface. The back of your head and your ears are submerged in the water, while your face remains untouched by the salt water. It is therefore impossible to sink.

Our float pools are designed for two people (1.90 mx 2.50 m) and offer plenty of space for single and couple floating.

Yes, you float in an open pool with a high ceiling (not a narrow pod).

The brine is filtered, processed and freshly added before each float. Excellent hygiene is our top priority so that you can always feel as comfortable with us as you would at home.

No, the brine is heated to exactly the body's external temperature of 34.6 degrees. This means that the body does not have to compensate for any temperature difference and feels neither cold nor heat.

All you need on site are towels and personal shower items . If you book a massage afterwards , we recommend that you bring a bathrobe . Shower gel and bathing shoes are waiting for you in your float room.

Before floating, it is best to avoid heavy meals and stimulating drinks such as coffee or black tea.

Also avoid wet shaving or epilation on the day of the float. The highly concentrated salt brine can cause a burning sensation on irritated skin.

Please note that you cannot float with freshly dyed hair. The hair should be washed a few times after dyeing to avoid the dye coming off in the brine.

Yes, there is a parking garage directly underneath the Float on Killesberghöhe. There are also parking spaces along Stresemannstrasse, which borders the Float.

To make a booking with us, a minimum age of 18 is required for liability reasons. Children and young people can also float, provided they are accompanied by a parent or guardian or a supervising adult. Please note that the brine can occasionally cause a burning sensation on the skin and body openings during puberty.

We have two float rooms, each with a pool for two people. A total of four people can float at the same time. We are happy to reserve both pools for you at the same time.

We recommend floating 2-3 times to start with. Often the first float is a pure relaxation experience. With each float, however, the environment becomes more familiar and allows you to exploit the full potential of floating. With therapeutic approaches, it often depends on the reason. In general, studies show the best results when the first floats are carried out regularly and at short daily to weekly intervals.
